Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Coat several large baking sheets with cooking spray.
Combine Nuteez Peanut Butter (Crunchy), brown sugar, baking soda, and ¼ tsp salt in bowl. Add egg and vanilla essence and beat to a smooth mixture.
Shape dough into balls and arrange on baking pans. Dipm a fork into flour and gently press a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.
Bake until lightly browned on bottom (about 10 to 12 minutes).
Transfer to rack to cool.
